Below is the editable PDF to be filled out to register for SISSA Club for 2024! We propose two types of membership:
- regular membership: 7€/year, covers normal SISSA Club activities
- sports membership: 14€/year, includes insurance for sports activities
If you are participating in a sports activity (volleyball, yoga, aikido, etc.) you must get the sports membership. To pay for the membership, please email sissaclub@gmail.com for the bank details.
After this, please email sissaclub@gmail.com with your completed membership form and proof of payment!
