SISSA Club would like to invite you all to the first SISSA CLUB GENERAL ASSEMBLY of the ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/2023.
SISSA Club is run by volunteers who give part of their time to organize events and activities for the SISSA community, like the language courses, the SISSA parties, the sports teams, and much more! All the people who want to give their contribution, propose new activities or projects, or just see what we are planning for you next, please come to the assembly!
The Assembly will be held on THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 22ND, in rooms 128-129 of the main SISSA building.
It will be possible to join the assembly also via a Zoom meeting: (see email).
The first call is set at 11.00 a.m., while the second call is at 12.00 p.m. (midday). We remind you that it is common to attend the assembly at the second call.
The agenda for the assembly is the following:
1) Election of the new Directive Board;
2) Any other business - free discussion.
You are all warmly invited to participate since the meeting will be valid only with a minimum number of SISSA Club members.
