The next Assembly of the Academic Year 2021/22 will be held on FRIDAY DECEMBER 10th, in room 004 of the main SISSA building. In order to comply with the current policy on social distancing, only a limited number of people will be allowed in the room: the available seats are indicated on the doors and inside the rooms. The Assembly can also be attended remotely via Zoom, at the same link as the SISSA Orientation Day meeting.
The first call is set at 11 a.m., while the second call is at 12 p.m.
We remind you that it is common to attend the assembly at the second call.
The agenda for the assembly is the following:
1) Presentation of the Directive Board and of the planned activities for the AY 2021/22
2) Approval of the 2022 preemptive Balance Sheet
3) Any other business - free discussion
You are all warmly invited to participate since the meeting will be valid only with a minimum number of SISSA Club members.
